2025 5th International Conference on Computer, Communication and Control Engineering (ICCCCE2025) will be held in Wuhan, China during Nov. 21-23, 2025. Wuhan is the capital of Hubei Province in the People's Republic of China. It is the largest city in Hubei and the most populous city in Central China. The name "Wuhan" came from the city's historical origin from the conglomeration of Wuchang, Hankou and Hanyang, which are collectively known as the "Three Towns of Wuhan". It lies in the eastern Jianghan Plain, at the confluence of the Yangtze river and its largest tributary, the Han River and is known as "Nine Provinces' Thoroughfare". Because of its key role in domestic transportation, Wuhan is sometimes referred to as "the Chicago of China" by foreign sources.

The conference accepts original and unpublished papers. All accepted full papers will be published online in one of the following journals according to the topics. The online publication time will be 7-10 days after acceptance.

Guidelines for Oral Presenters

Note: The full papers/abstracts that have been officially published can also be shared as oral presentations at the conference.

Authors can submit full papers/abstracts and make oral presentations. The organizing committee will send an invitation letter after the full paper/abstract is accepted. Oral presenters need to get their speech well prepared (PowerPoint, audio or video materials if needed) about one week before the conference. The duration of the presentation is about 15 minutes (including 10 minutes for the presentation, and 5 minutes for Q&A).

Note: The full papers/abstracts that have been officially published can also be presented as posters at the conference.

Authors can submit full papers/abstracts and participate in poster presentations. The organizing committee will send an invitation letter after the full paper/abstract is accepted. Poster presenters need to prepare a poster about two weeks before the conference and submit it to the organizing committee. (Complete the poster according to the poster template.)
